Who makes up the team?

We are Esteban and Francesca, partners and team at AMAR. We offer fresh seafood dishes and a welcoming atmosphere with personal service at the Santa Catalina market in Palma.

In 2022, we started our adventure at the Santa Catalina market with a bar specialising in oysters and sushi, with just 9 stools and no tables. Esteban, with his creativity and passion for cooking, expanded the menu according to local seasonal products, also offering high-quality fresh fish dishes, prepared on the spot.

In 2023, we renovated the space, increasing from 9 to 24 seats and creating a more inviting atmosphere.

Since 2021, we have also been offering catering and private chef services, bringing our cuisine directly to your home across Mallorca.
